To activate the cheat menu in CivNet, type Ctrl A O D B A M F in order. Don't hold down Ctrl. The menu enables these cheats:

SCALEIT = Increases production
ARMYINFO = See information on other races
MONEYANDPOWER = Gives money and power
ALLSEEINGEYE = Reveals the whole map
GETRICHQUICK = Gives 1,000 coins
GETSMARTQUICK = Gives you a civilization advance
MISSILECRISIS = Creates a nuclear missile in every city

AUTOMODE = the computer moves for you
ARMAGGEDON = Nukes every city

QEEN = Makes another queen in the nest
FUND = A message telling you $10,000 is worthless
RAND = Gives your yellow ant full health
ERAD = Depletes the yellow ant's health
HOLE = Creates many more ant's nest holes
JUST = Gives 10 more fertized queens
OOPS = Gives the red ants 10 more fertized queens
JEFF = Places a new black colony in every tile
WILL = Never loss a fight against a red ant
JOKE = Shows a joke
SUSI = Unlimited health for yellow ant
JENN = Unlimited health for black colony
MICK = Makes the spider walk backward
FRED = See how it looks if you win the game
Click on teh black mystery button a few times for a surprise cheat

SEED = Plants seeds around the world
JOKE = Shows a joke
BABY = Makes every female of the selected species give birth
JUST = Makes a funny noise
WALL = Make barriers turn into walls to stop flying animals
FUND = Shows a window with three cheat choices
FOOD = Eliminates every Ultra-Food source

Pause the game. Type FUND in all-caps. You will have 10,000 more dollars. Repeat until you have about 80,000. The simulation will not allow you to have more than that. Don't unpause the game yet or countless earthquakes will occur! Save the game and exit. Start SimCity again and load your city. Unpause and play. Repeat this process whenever you are low on money.

If there is a SimCity scenario that has a great city but you cant's beat the disaster to win it, try this. Start the scenario. Save the game. Restart and load the saved scenario. It will be yours.

SMOOTH = Smoothes the coasts of your planets continent
JOKE = Type this when the Gaia window is in view. Her face will be in a frying pan
To create robots, simply place one nanotech city of any life form and set an atomic test on it. Robots in the city will escape and live as seperate life forms.

CASS = Money or disaster - 15% chance of disaster
FUND = $10,000 bond at 25% interest

At the beginning of a new city, type in FUND and click yes. Type FUND again and click on yes. Pull down the window menu and select budget. To the right of bond payments, you will see an open book. Click on it. Select the button Issue Bond and press yes. Select the Repay Bond button to repay the first bond. Select the button Issue Bond and click on yes. Repay that bond.Then, issue one more bond, but don't repay it. It will give you $1.4 million a year.

To use these cheats, save your game as the names of one of these cheats.

Cheat Menu: Press Alt and type WIN during play.

After you have started playing, try holding K during a load for 1024 Knights in your army and 1024 Knights protecting your castle.

Enter STRONG DEBUG to load the program, then press:
Alt-B = Change building type by one
Alt-F = Change building type by ten
Alt-C = Change character
Alt-K = Destroy a random enemy stronghold
Alt-P = Promote your character
Alt-L = Increase character level
Alt-Z = Destroy enemy units on screen

Press C to gain money and when you think you have enough, press enter.
